Audio Wireless DA224-MB

The DA224-MB is an advanced, digitally tuned active antenna distribution system designed to enhance wireless microphone performance. It offers user-selectable band-pass filtering across a broad frequency range of 470-832MHz. This selective filtering ensures out-of-band rejection, thereby shielding connected receivers from unwanted or “dirty” RF signals.

Antenna inputs are industry standard BNC connectors, supporting low-loss RF extension cables, while outputs are 2 x 4 mini-RF SMA connectors, optimally serving diversity receivers.

Key Features

  • User-selectable Multi-Band Digitally Tuned Band-Pass Filtered Design: The system offers flexibility with a choice of pre-programmed bands tailored for different applications and geographic locations.
  • Lightweight Construction: The DA224-MB boasts a compact and lightweight CNC machined aluminium chassis, making it ideal for use in portable sound bag setups.
  • True Antenna Diversity: Supports 4-way true diversity antenna operation, ensuring robust RF signal integrity.
  • Advanced RF Filtering: Covers the 470–832MHz spectrum with advanced filtering to protect signal quality.
  • Gain Control: System gain is user-adjustable in 1dB increments between +6dB and -10dB, with 0dB set as unity gain.
  • Active Antenna Powering (AAP): User-switchable powering for remote antennas, with yellow LED indicators denoting ON/OFF status via the OLED display menu.
  • Monitoring and Indicators Features Include:
  • User Interface: Navigation and adjustments are through tactile switches (UP, DOWN, SET), with the SET button doubling as the ON/OFF switch.
