Cinela E-OSIX-MKH50-H is HARD (8-2-1) suspension module with elliptic isolators which is compatible with Sennheiser MKH 40 or MKH 50 microphone.
Basically "HARD" indicates an outdoor use with furry protection and "SOFT" indicates indoor use with a light foam only (in quiet place).
