The RAD-1 shock mount is designed to be used with just a microphone with no wind protection or a microphone with a light foam windshield. It is not recommended to use a RAD-1 with a heavier slip on windscreen on the front (use a RAD-2 Shock Mount for that situation). Each mount has universal clips to fit microphones 19-25mm in diameter and comes with standard hoops (black colour) and soft hoops (light blue colour).
