Originally developed for a reality TV show, the VT500X NECKLACE consists a VT500X integrated into a comfortable necklace made of rubber material.

This microphone is designed for production situations where waterproofness, robustness and easy handling are required. Tropical weather, salt water and dust cannot harm the VT500X NECKLACE. The microphone is waterproof to IPX-8 (1m under water for 24 hours) and has a sensitivity of max. -79dB, which requires particularly powerful pre-amplification. The VT500X also has a particularly robust cable. The VT500X NECKLACE can be fitted quickly and easily because of a click fastener. Thanks to injection moulding, the microphone is extremely robust and impact-resistant. The cable is moulded directly into the capsule housing, which makes it virtually impossible to pull out.

The RF-protected microphone capsule prevents interference from RF signals and the particularly flexible connection cable ensures that handling noise is eliminated.

The VT500X NECKLACE is available with various plugs for connection to the most common wireless systems & recorders.
