With cardioid being the most commonly used polar pattern in both live and studio applications, the T1 prioritises the features you really need, bringing the smooth sound character of classic condenser microphones within reach.

With the same hand-crafted dual 1’ titanium-plated brass capsule as the T2 - the T1 is a true workhorse that delivers incredible results on a wide range of sources. Titanium is 33% stiffer and over 300% lighter than gold, resulting in a faster transient response, perfect for capturing sources that thrive on attack, such as drums, cymbals, hand percussion and double bass, to name but a few applications. The T1 is especially excellent in live environments as a factory-coupled pair for overheads or instrument spot microphone applications.

Handcrafted with the highest attention to detail, the T1 is built with an impact-resistant cast all-metal housing, metal switches, a robust spring steel wire mesh grille and a premium finish. The T1 is fit for the road, ready to handle the everyday life of touring professionals and years of demanding studio use.

With integrated attenuation pads and low-off filters, the T1 compensates for loud sources, making excess low-frequency rumble or proximity effect easy to control, with the necessary extended dynamic range and roll-offs to adjust your sound at source.
